Creating and Managing Tags
Tags help you categorize and organize advocates, prospects, and conversations. Each tag can have a custom color for easy visual identification.
Creating Tags
- Go to Settings > Tags in your admin portal
- Click New Tag
- Enter a name and choose a color
- Select the display type (internal or public)
- Save
Tag Types
You can create tags for:
- Advocates - Categorize your advocates (e.g., “Spanish Speaking”, “Premium”)
- Prospects - Track prospect status or interests
- Conversations - Organize conversations by topic or status
- Introductions - Track introduction stages
Tag Options
- Color - Pick any color for visual identification
- Icon - Add an optional icon
- Display type - Internal (admin-only) or public-facing
- Pin color override - Make this tag affect map pin colors
Ordering Tags
Drag tags up or down to change their display order. The order you set here is used throughout the system.
Map Pin Colors
Tags can override the default map pin color. Enable “Override Default Pin Color” on a tag to make advocates with that tag show a different colored pin on the map.
