Importing Advocates via CSV

Bulk import advocates from a CSV file to quickly onboard multiple people at once.

Preparing Your CSV

Your CSV file should include columns for:

Name (first and last)
Email address
Phone number
Bio and headline (optional)
Tags (optional)

How to Import

Go to Settings > Advocates in your admin portal
Click Import Advocates
Upload your CSV file
Map the columns to the correct fields
Review and confirm the import

Import Options

Profile fields - Bio, headline, links
Custom colors - Set pin colors for advocates
Tags - Pre-assign tags during import

After Import

Imported advocates will:

Receive an invitation email
Be able to complete their profile setup
Appear on your community map once activated
