Setting a Default Avatar

Set a default profile photo that appears for advocates who haven’t uploaded their own image.

Why Use a Default Avatar

• Keeps your community looking polished
• Provides consistency across all advocate profiles
• Encourages advocates to upload their own photo

How to Set It

1. Go to Settings > Branding > Community Site
2. Scroll to the Default Advocate Avatar section
3. Click Choose File and select your image
4. Click Upload Default Avatar

To remove the default avatar and revert to the standard placeholder:

1. Go to Settings > Branding > Community Site
2. Scroll to the Default Advocate Avatar section
3. Click Remove Default Avatar

Tips

• Use a branded placeholder image
• Keep the image square for best results
• Accepted formats include PNG, JPEG, and WEBP
• Maximum file size is 1 MB
