Setting a Default Avatar

Set a default profile photo that appears for advocates who haven’t uploaded their own image.

Why Use a Default Avatar

• Keeps your community looking polished
• Provides consistency across all advocate profiles
• Encourages advocates to upload their own photo

How to Set It

1. Go to Settings > Customizations in your admin portal
2. Find Default Avatar URL
3. Enter the URL of your default image
4. Save

Tips

• Use a branded placeholder image
• Keep the image square for best results
• Host the image on a reliable server (the URL must be publicly accessible)
