Starting Conversations as Admin

As an admin, you can initiate conversations between advocates and prospects directly, without waiting for the prospect to reach out.

When to Use This

  • Connect a specific advocate with a qualified prospect
  • Follow up on an introduction that hasn’t progressed
  • Provide high-touch community management

How to Start a Conversation

  1. Go to the prospect’s profile in your admin portal
  2. Click Start Conversation
  3. Select the advocate to connect them with
  4. The conversation will be created and both parties notified

What Happens Next

  • Both the advocate and prospect receive notifications
  • The conversation appears in each person’s message list
  • You can monitor the conversation from your admin inbox
