Starting Conversations as Admin
As an admin, you can initiate conversations between advocates and prospects directly, without waiting for the prospect to reach out.
When to Use This
- Connect a specific advocate with a qualified prospect
- Follow up on an introduction that hasn’t progressed
- Provide high-touch community management
How to Start a Conversation
- Go to the prospect’s profile in your admin portal
- Click Start Conversation
- Select the advocate to connect them with
- The conversation will be created and both parties notified
What Happens Next
- Both the advocate and prospect receive notifications
- The conversation appears in each person’s message list
- You can monitor the conversation from your admin inbox
