Closing Conversations
Close conversations when they’re complete to keep your inbox organized. Closed conversations can be reopened if needed.
How to Close a Conversation
- Open the conversation
- Click Close Conversation
- Optionally add tags and a reason
- Confirm
What Happens When Closed
- The conversation moves out of active view
- Both parties can still access the message history
- The conversation appears in your closed conversations list
Reopening Conversations
Conversations automatically reopen when:
- A new SMS message is received from either party
You can also manually reopen a conversation:
- Find the conversation in your closed list
- Click Reopen
Adding Tags When Closing
When closing, you can add tags to categorize the conversation:
- Track outcomes (e.g., “Converted”, “Not Interested”)
- Record the reason for closing
- Organize for reporting
