Sending Images and Videos via SMS

Advocates and prospects can share images and videos in their conversations via MMS.

Supported Media

• Images - Photos, screenshots, graphics
• Videos - Short video clips

How It Works

1. Media sent via SMS appears in the web chat interface
2. Media sent from the web chat is delivered via MMS
3. Click on any image or video to view it in a full-screen lightbox

Viewing Media

When viewing a conversation:

• Thumbnails appear inline with messages
• Click any image to view full-size
• Navigate between multiple images in the lightbox
• Videos play directly in the lightbox

Requirements

Your Twilio phone number must be MMS-capable to send and receive media. Contact your Stoked admin if media isn’t working.
