Managing Introductions

Introductions connect prospects with advocates before a full conversation begins. You can track and manage introductions from the admin portal.

Each introduction has a unique link you can copy and share:

  • Send via email when SMS isn’t preferred
  • Track whether the link was opened
  • Monitor email vs. phone verification separately

Tracking Introductions

For each introduction, you can see:

  • First viewed - When the prospect first opened it
  • Last viewed - Most recent view
  • View count - Total number of views

Introduction Status

Introductions can be:

  • Pending - Waiting for the prospect to respond
  • Active - Prospect has engaged
  • Closed - Automatically closed when a conversation starts

Viewing by Person

Find introductions from:

  • Prospect profiles - See all introductions for a prospect
  • Advocate profiles - See all introductions to an advocate
  • Activity Inbox - Monitor pending introductions
