Sending Manual Reminders
Send reminder messages to advocates or prospects who haven’t responded to conversations or introductions.
When to Send Reminders
- An advocate hasn’t responded to a prospect
- A prospect hasn’t followed up on an introduction
- You want to re-engage inactive conversations
How to Send a Reminder
- Open the conversation or introduction
- Click Send Reminder
- The reminder is sent via SMS
Default Reminder Message
The reminder includes:
- A prompt to respond
- The other person’s name
- A link to the conversation

Reminder - Sarah is still waiting for your response! Reply here or click to view the conversation.
Customizing Reminders
The reminder text can be customized in Settings > Message Templates. Use merge variables like:
