Sending Manual Reminders

Send reminder messages to advocates or prospects who haven’t responded to conversations or introductions.

When to Send Reminders

  • An advocate hasn’t responded to a prospect
  • A prospect hasn’t followed up on an introduction
  • You want to re-engage inactive conversations

How to Send a Reminder

  1. Open the conversation or introduction
  2. Click Send Reminder
  3. The reminder is sent via SMS

Default Reminder Message

The reminder includes:

  • A prompt to respond
  • The other person’s name
  • A link to the conversation

Reminder - Sarah is still waiting for your response! Reply here or click to view the conversation.

Customizing Reminders

The reminder text can be customized in Settings > Message Templates. Use merge variables like:
