Conversation prompts help prospects know what to ask you. When a prospect starts a conversation, they’ll see your suggested questions as placeholder text.

What Are Prompts?

Prompts are pre-written questions that appear in the message box when a prospect starts a conversation with you. They help break the ice and guide the conversation.

Example Prompts

Depending on your community, prompts might include:

  • “How do you like your product?”
  • “Could I schedule a demo?”
  • “What’s your experience been like?”

Customizing Your Prompts

You can personalize the prompts shown on your profile:

  1. Go to your advocate dashboard
  2. Find the conversation settings
  3. Enter your custom prompts
  4. Save your changes
