Rewards

Browse available rewards, submit requests, and track your reward history.


Browsing Available Rewards

Navigate to Rewards from your advocate dashboard. You’ll see a list of reward actions your community has set up, each showing:

  • Name and description of the action
  • Reward amount (e.g., 500 points)
  • Whether the reward is auto-approved or requires approval from an admin

Click Request next to any reward to submit a request.


Submitting a Reward Request

After clicking Request, you’ll see a form with the reward action and amount pre-filled.

  1. Notes — Some rewards allow or require you to add notes. If notes are required, you’ll need to fill them in before submitting.
  2. Linked conversation — Some rewards ask you to select a related conversation. Pick from the dropdown or, if you’re coming from a conversation page, it will be pre-filled automatically.
  3. Click Submit Request.

If the reward is auto-approved, your wallet is credited immediately. If it requires approval, your request goes to an admin for review.


Requesting Rewards from a Conversation

Some rewards are tied to conversations. You can request these directly from a conversation page using the Request Reward action. This pre-fills the conversation so you don’t need to select it manually.


Tracking Your Requests

Below the available rewards on the Rewards page, you’ll see your Request History showing all past submissions. Each request displays:

  • The reward action name
  • When you submitted it
  • Any notes you included
  • A linked conversation, if applicable
  • Current status:
    • Pending — Waiting for admin review
    • Approved — Approved and credited to your wallet
    • Rejected — Denied by an admin, with a reason if one was provided

What Happens After Approval?

When your request is approved (or auto-approved), the reward amount is automatically credited to your wallet. You’ll receive a notification if your community has wallet notifications enabled.

If your request is rejected, you’ll see the status change to Rejected along with any reason the admin provided.
