Year Response Type for Applications

Custom application questions now support a Year response type, letting applicants pick a year from a dropdown. This is useful for questions like “What year did you purchase?” or “Year of certification.”
Also fixed: multi-select custom fields now correctly show the required asterisk when marked as required.
