Managing Your Profile Media

Upload photos to your public profile to give prospects a better sense of who you are. These photos appear alongside your profile information and are separate from your main profile photo.

Uploading a Photo

  1. Log in to your advocate dashboard
  2. Click Media in the sidebar
  3. Click Upload Image
  4. Choose an image file from your device (JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF — animated GIFs are not supported)
  5. Optionally add a Caption to describe the photo
  6. Click Upload Photo

Your photo will appear on your public profile immediately.

You can upload multiple photos. Each one will be displayed in a grid on your profile.

Viewing Your Photos

Go to Media in the sidebar to see all of your uploaded photos in a grid. Click any photo to view it at full size along with its caption.

Photos appear on your profile in the order you arrange them. To reorder:

  1. Go to Media in the sidebar
  2. Hover over a photo to reveal the position controls

Cropping Photos

All cropping is non-destructive — the original image is always preserved, and you can re-crop or reset at any time.

  1. Go to Media in the sidebar
  2. Hover over a photo and click the crop icon
  3. Adjust the crop area
  4. Click Save crop

To reset a crop, hover over the photo and click the reset icon.

  3. Click Remove Photo
  4. Confirm the removal when prompted
