Managing Advocate Profile Media

Upload additional photos to an advocate’s public profile. These photos display in a grid on the advocate’s profile page and are separate from their main profile photo.

Adding a Photo

  1. Go to Advocates and select the advocate
  2. Scroll down to the Media section on their profile
  3. Click Upload Image
  4. Choose an image file (JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF — animated GIFs are not supported)
  5. Optionally add a Caption
  6. Click Upload Photo

The photo will appear on the advocate’s public profile immediately.

You can also upload photos during the new advocate setup workflow. When setting up a new advocate, the media step lets you add photos before the profile goes live.

Reordering Photos

Photos display on the public profile in the order you arrange them. To reorder:

  1. In the advocate’s Media section, hover over a photo
  2. Use the arrow buttons to move the photo left or right

The new order is saved automatically.

Removing a Photo

  1. In the advocate’s Media section, click the photo you want to remove
  2. Click Remove Photo
  3. Confirm the removal when prompted

The photo will be removed from the advocate’s public profile immediately.

Cropping Photos

All cropping is non-destructive — the original image is always preserved, and you can re-crop or reset at any time.

  1. In the advocate’s Media section, hover over a photo
  2. Click the crop icon
  3. Adjust the crop area to frame the photo
  4. Click Save crop

To reset a crop back to the original, hover over the photo and click the reset icon.

Using a Photo as the Profile Photo

You can set any media item as the advocate’s profile photo:

  1. In the advocate’s Media section, hover over a photo
  2. Click the profile photo icon
  3. Adjust the crop to frame their face
  4. Click Save profile photo

The original media item is not modified — a copy is used for the profile photo. You can also re-crop the profile photo directly from the avatar card on the advocate’s detail page.

How Media Displays

Profile media appears as a responsive image grid on the advocate’s public profile. Each photo can include an optional caption. Advocates can also manage their own media from their dashboard — see Profile Media for the advocate-facing guide.
