Email Notifications for Advocates

Advocates can receive several types of email notifications. Which emails you receive depends on your community’s settings and whether you have a verified email address.


Conversation Message Notifications

When enabled by your community admin, you’ll receive an email when:

  • A prospect starts a new conversation with you
  • A prospect sends a follow-up message in an existing conversation

Each email includes a preview of the prospect’s message and a link to reply directly in the advocate portal.

Requirement: You must have verified your email address (by logging in with your email at least once) before these notifications are sent.


Wallet Notifications

If your community uses a wallet or points system, you may receive email notifications when points are added or deducted from your wallet. These emails include the amount, reason, and your current balance.


Email Verification Code

When you log in using your email address instead of your phone number, Stoked sends a 6-digit verification code to your email. Enter this code on the login screen to complete sign-in.

The code expires after 10 minutes. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or ask your community admin for support.


Managing Your Email Notifications

Email notification preferences are controlled by your community administrator, not by individual advocates. If you’re receiving unwanted emails or not receiving expected ones, contact your community admin.
