Speedy Replier Tag

Every community has a built-in Speedy Replier advocate tag. Stoked adds it to advocates who reply to prospects quickly and removes it when they slow down. You set the rules for what “quickly” means.

Where to Find It

Go to Settings → Tags → Advocate Tags and open Speedy Replier. It’s marked with a System badge and lives in the System group.

The Reply Speed report also shows the tag next to each advocate who has it, with a link to the rules.

Setting the Rules

The Qualification rules card on the tag’s page has six settings:

Setting What it does Default
Reply within How fast an advocate’s replies must be: 15 minutes up to 24 hours, or Off 4 hours
Measured on Which replies count: first replies only, or first replies mixed with follow-ups (the same choices as the Reply Speed report) Equal weight
Look back (days) How many days of replies to consider 90
Minimum replies How many replies an advocate needs before they can qualify. Raise it if you don’t want one fast reply to earn the tag 3
Share of replies within (%) How consistently an advocate must reply within the limit. 80 means at least 80% of their replies; 50 is the same as their median reply 80%
Only the fastest (%) Of the advocates who qualify, only the fastest keep the tag, up to this share of your active advocates. The Reply within limit still applies. Clear it for no cap 10%

As you change the rules, the card shows how many advocates would qualify, what share of your active advocates that is, and who they are. Most communities aim for 5–15% of their advocates. Click Save rules to apply them; advocates are re-tagged within a minute.

Reply times are measured the same way as the Reply Speed report: hours outside your community’s active hours don’t count, and the clock starts when the advocate could first see the message. So the defaults read: at least 80% of replies within 4 waking hours, across 3 or more replies in the last 90 days, for at most the fastest 10% of your active advocates.

Set Reply within to Off to remove the tag from everyone.

When It Updates

  • Every hour, for communities where an advocate replied in the last hour.
  • Every day, for everyone, so advocates whose fast replies have aged out of the lookback window lose the tag.
  • Right away (within a minute) when you save new rules or change your active hours.

What You Can and Can’t Change

You can change the tag’s display name, color, icon, display type (who can see it), descriptions, message prompt, and whether it overrides the map pin color. It starts as Internal, so only admins see it until you choose otherwise.

You can’t rename it, move it to another group, or delete it. You also can’t add or remove it by hand: it doesn’t appear in the advocate tag picker, and advocates and AI can’t suggest it. That way the tag always means what it says.

You can still use it anywhere tags are read, like advocate filters and community site filtering.
