Friendlier verification code entry
ImprovementWeek of May 28, 2026
The verification code screen — used when prospects confirm their phone or email, and when advocates and admins log in — now uses a six-box one-time-code input instead of a single text field.
- Auto-advancing digit boxes — type one digit and focus jumps to the next box
- Paste anywhere — paste the whole code into any box and it spreads across all six
- Smart backspace — empty boxes hop focus back to the previous digit
- iOS SMS autofill — texted codes can be filled in with one tap from the keyboard suggestion bar
- Auto-submit on completion — the form submits as soon as the sixth digit is entered, so most people never need to tap “Verify”
The screen layout also gained a bit more breathing room above the input so the centered heading and the boxes feel less crowded.
