Admin Table Mobile Layout Fix

Two admin-table fixes:

The activity table rendered empty below the medium breakpoint because no column was marked primary — it now shows the right columns on mobile like the other admin tables
Long names and addresses no longer push admin table rows into a horizontal scrollbar; overflowing content truncates within its cell instead
