Advocates API: social accounts

Improvement

Week of October 22, 2026

Advocate records in the Stoked API now carry social_links: the social accounts each advocate added to their public profile, as {platform, url}. Like the rest of the public profile, they don’t need the Advocates PII permission, and editing them moves the advocate’s updated_at, so an incremental sync picks them up.
