Wallet transactions and wall-clock reply time in the API

The Stoked API now serves the history behind wallet balances, plus a second way to measure first reply time.

GET /api/v1/wallet_transactions lists every credit, debit and reset with its amount, the balance_after and lifetime_after it left, the reason, and whether an admin made it or Stoked did it automatically. Credits from an approved reward link to what earned them, such as the conversation behind a test ride.
Its own permission. Tick Wallet transactions on a key under Settings > API Keys. The balances on the advocate record still only need Advocates. Every response lists the community’s wallets in meta.wallets, so you can show a wallet’s name and unit without a second request.
first_advocate_reply_wall_clock_seconds on conversations gives the advocate’s first reply time in plain elapsed seconds, next to the existing active-hours first_advocate_reply_seconds.
