Accept the new Customer Agreement in the admin portal

We’ve published an updated Customer Agreement, effective October 26, 2026.

Accept in the admin portal. A banner in the admin portal links to the agreement and lets any admin accept it with one click. One acceptance covers your whole community, and we record who accepted and when.
Dismissible until October 26. Until then you can dismiss the banner for the rest of the day; it comes back the next day until someone accepts. Starting October 26, 2026, the portal asks an admin to accept before continuing.
AI subprocessors listed. The agreement now names OpenAI (models such as gpt-5.6-luna; OpenAI does not train on or retain your data) and Cloudflare (models such as Clef) as subprocessors for Stoked’s AI features. AI features are on by default, and you can opt out at any time. It also adds OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) for address geocoding and Google for “Sign in with Google”.

Action needed: have any admin review and accept the Customer Agreement before October 26, 2026.
