Faster first-message submit for prospects

When a prospect sends their first message to an advocate, the submit used to wait on a pile of internal bookkeeping — event records, notification scheduling, billing tracking — before showing the verification page.

• Instant handoff — the submit now saves just the conversation and message, then hands everything else to a background process. The prospect reaches the verification step roughly twice as fast.
