Spot conversations waiting on a reply at a glance

When a prospect messages and the advocate hasn’t replied yet, the inbox now flags how overdue that reply is — so you can spot stalled conversations without opening each one.
- An escalating clock — a green clock while the reply is fresh (under a day), an amber alarm clock once it’s 1–3 days out, and a red flame once it’s three or more days overdue.
- Only when the advocate owes a reply — the clock shows on conversations where the prospect messaged last. Conversations waiting on the prospect, and ones still pending verification, don’t show it — so a red flame always means “we’re the ones keeping someone waiting.”
- Separate from sentiment — the mood smiley faces are unchanged. This is about response time, not tone.
