Conversations now update the moment something happens, instead of every 30 seconds.

Messages appear instantly for admins, advocates and prospects. The conversation page doesn’t need a reload.
The admin inbox and conversation list keep themselves current. New conversations, replies, snoozes and closes show up while you’re looking at them, and your scroll position stays put.

If a connection drops, pages still check for new messages every minute, so nothing gets missed.
