Old filter links no longer empty your map

Fix

If a shared map link or embed still points at a filter option you’ve since removed or disabled, your map now ignores that filter and shows all your owners. Before, it treated the filter as matching nobody: the advocate list said no one matched, and maps set to hide non-matching pins showed no owners at all.

Also, a saved map set to Events only now shows your owners if your plan no longer includes events, instead of showing an empty map.
