Prospect Verification Status Now Visible Across the Admin Site
ImprovementWeek of May 8, 2026
A common admin question — “is this prospect verified yet?” — used to require clicking into the prospect’s detail page. The verification status now travels with the prospect across the rest of the admin site:
- Conversations list and Introductions list — a small green or red status circle sits to the left of each prospect’s name. Hover for the per-channel detail.
- Inbox conversation and introduction cards — a Self-verified / Admin-verified / Unverified badge appears next to the prospect’s name alongside the existing role badge.
- Conversation and Introduction detail pages — the same badge sits below the prospect’s name in the Details card.
- Starting a new introduction — when you enter a phone number that matches an existing prospect, the “Existing prospect: …” line now includes the verification badge so you know what you’re working with before you draft.
- Prospect detail page — the Verification card leads with the badge for a quick read; the per-channel rows below remain for diagnostics.
Hover any badge to see the per-channel breakdown, e.g. “Phone verified by self on May 8, 2026 @ 2:30 PM · Email not verified.”
Self-verified means the prospect verified their own contact info (typically by replying to the SMS verification code). Admin-verified means an admin manually marked them verified. Unverified means neither has happened yet — they may not respond to messages.
No admin action required.
