Admin Navigation Polish & Profile Media Lightbox

A small round of UX polish in the Community Admin interface:

New tabs are now reserved for the sidebar’s Community Site / Advocate Portal links, masquerade, and preview pages (emails, waivers). Other admin links stay in the same tab so the back button works as expected.
Masquerade as Advocate and Masquerade as Prospect now open in a new tab, so you keep the admin view in your original tab and can close the masquerade tab to return to it.
Clicking a photo in an advocate’s media gallery or an advocate application opens an in-place lightbox overlay instead of navigating to a separate page or new tab. Use the arrow keys to page between photos and press Escape to close.
A trash icon appears on hover in the advocate media gallery for quick removal — the old standalone media detail page has been retired.
