Advocates get a text the moment their prospect finishes a waiver

When a prospect finishes signing a waiver, the advocate on that conversation now gets a text message letting them know.

Knows right away — the advocate gets a text like “Ricky’s waiver has been completed!” the moment the prospect signs, without having to open the portal or refresh anything.
The prospect’s name is included — so advocates juggling several conversations know exactly which one completed.
Reply right back — the text comes through the normal conversation line, so if the advocate replies (e.g. “Awesome, see you Saturday!”), it goes straight to that prospect.
Customize the wording — edit this message under Settings → Text Message Templates → Advocate. One template covers all of your waivers; if you run more than one, you can tailor the text by which waiver was completed using the Waiver Name and Waiver Identifier variables.

This is in addition to the existing admin inbox notification and the timeline note inside the conversation.

No admin action required — the default message works out of the box, and you can customize it anytime.
