New claim-limit options: once per conversation and once ever

Setting up how often an advocate can claim a reward is clearer and more flexible. On a reward’s Claim Limits, the Per-Advocate period dropdown gains two new options.

  • Per conversation — caps the reward at once per related conversation. Choosing it configures the reward as “once per conversation” automatically.
  • Lifetime — caps the reward at a set number of claims ever, across all time — useful for one-time bonuses that should never reset.
  • Clearer Same-Record limit — the limit now reads explicitly as “Unlimited” or a number, instead of a confusing blank “Select option…” that left you unsure whether anything was set.

No admin action required. Existing rewards keep their current limits; the new options are available next time you edit a reward.
