Until now the admin inbox card only previewed the back-and-forth messages in a conversation. So when something happened that wasn’t a message — a prospect signed your waiver, opted out of SMS, or opened an offer — there was no sign of it in the inbox. The conversation quietly moved up the list, but nothing told you why.

Now those moments show up where you’re already looking:

Activity in the card preview — system events appear inline alongside messages (e.g. “Jane signed the Liability Waiver”, “Prospect opted out of SMS”), so you can see what actually happened most recently without opening the conversation.
A badge at a glance — the card shows a small badge for the latest event — Waiver signed, SMS opt-out, Prospect blocked, Offer opened, and more — so notable activity stands out as you scan the inbox.
It surfaces the conversation — any of these events bumps the conversation back to the top of your inbox, the same way a new message does.

Email and Slack notifications are unchanged: a signed waiver still pings you (if you’ve set up inbox notifications under Settings → Inbox), while routine activity like offer views surfaces in-app without adding to your notification noise.
