Choose when a conversation counts as dormant

Revived conversations trigger the Reopened Conversation Notification sooner: the default is now four weeks of silence instead of six.
Every community is different, so the threshold is yours to set. Under Settings → Inbox, the new Dormant Conversation Greeting card takes a number of weeks. Set it lower if your advocates lose the thread quickly, higher if long gaps are normal in your program. A prospect’s reply that lands after that many quiet weeks arrives as a reintroduction; anything sooner arrives as a normal reply notification.
