Events in your map list, your planned meetings pinned, and event colors you control
ImprovementWeek of September 20, 2026
Two additions to how Community Events show up on your community map.
- A prospect’s own meetings are on their map — when a prospect who has a test ride or visit planned is signed in, that meeting appears as a pin on your community map, labelled with who it’s with (“Test Ride with Phil”). Clicking it opens the conversation where it was planned. The pin is theirs alone: signed-out visitors and other prospects never see it, and it drops off once the meeting is over.
- Events have cards, not just pins — the list beside your map now opens with an Upcoming events section. Each event gets a card shaped like your advocate cards, with a calendar tile for the date, the day and time (with its time zone), the place, and the event type. Hovering a card glides the map to its pin, the same way advocate cards do. A signed-in prospect’s own meeting appears there too, marked Your meeting.
- Choose your event pin color — under Settings → Branding → Map, next to your advocate pin colors, there’s a new Event Pin Color. It applies to every event pin on your map, so events stay distinct from your advocates whatever your brand colors are.
- Color-code your event types — each event type (Settings → Event Types) can have its own Map pin color, which overrides the community color. Make Test Rides green and Group Rides orange, and the map tells them apart at a glance. Leave it blank to use your community’s event color.
