Error pages in your community's branding, and a friendly page during brief maintenance

Every so often our hosting provider restarts Stoked’s database, which takes a few minutes. Pages used to show a generic “something went wrong” error during that window. Now visitors see a short “We’ll be right back” page instead. It reloads itself every minute, so they land back where they were once the restart is over.

All error pages (page not found, server error and so on) also got plain-language explanations and a way back to the homepage. On your community site, embeds, advocate app and admin portal they show your logo and header color instead of Stoked’s. Branding updates reach these pages within a day. They work in light and dark mode and on phones.
