Ask advocates to review and agree to your handbook

You can now ask every advocate to review your handbook and agree to it — and see exactly who has.

Turn it on in Settings → Library → Handbook — the new Advocate agreement section. Turning it on asks all of your active advocates to review and agree at their next login (you’ll see the count before confirming).
A shareable agreement link — copy the link from the settings page into an email or newsletter. Advocates who follow it log in, review the handbook, and agree on the spot.
Re-agreement for significant changes — when saving handbook edits, check “Require advocates to review and agree again” for changes big enough that everyone should re-read them. Typo fixes don’t need to interrupt anyone.
A real record — each agreement stores who agreed, when, and a copy of the handbook exactly as they saw it.
Who’s still waiting — the settings page shows how many active advocates have agreed to the current version, and lists the ones who haven’t so you can follow up.

Advocate agreement is available on plans that include waivers, and applies to the built-in handbook (not externally hosted ones). Existing communities have it turned off until you enable it; new communities start with it on.
