Set a suggested message prompt per advocate tag

You can now attach a suggested message prompt to an advocate tag. Every advocate carrying that tag automatically gets it as the starter text in the message box on their profile.

Set it once on the tag — Settings → Tags → edit an advocate tag → Message Prompt.
Applies automatically — advocates with the tag pick it up; updating the tag’s prompt updates them all.
Clear precedence — an advocate’s own custom message prompt still wins; the tag prompt is used next; the community default is the final fallback.
Multiple tags — the first tag (by your tag ordering) that has a prompt is used.

No admin action required for existing setups — advocates without a matching tag keep their current prompt.
