Test rides under way stay under Upcoming

Improvement

Week of October 19, 2026

A few changes to the test ride list.

Under way is still upcoming. A test ride that has started but not finished now lists under Upcoming until it ends. Past is test rides that have finished or already have an outcome, and weren’t cancelled.
Who cancelled. We now record whether an advocate or an admin cancelled a test ride. The CSV export has a new cancelled_by column.
Erased data. When a person’s data is erased, their test rides stay in the list with the details blanked out and the meeting address removed, instead of disappearing. Reminder texts still waiting to go out for those test rides are cancelled.
