See every test ride in one list

Feature

Week of October 19, 2026

Until now you could only see a test ride by opening the conversation it was scheduled in. There was no way to answer “what’s coming up this week?”, “which ones has nobody answered for?” or “who didn’t show?”.

A list of your test rides

Go to Events and choose Test Rides at the top of the page. Public events next to it is the list you had before.

  • Each row shows when it is, the type, the advocate, the prospect, the city, whether the waiver is signed, and a status: Upcoming, Awaiting outcome, Happened, No-show, Called off or Cancelled. Click a row to open the conversation and record or correct the outcome.
  • Show switches between Upcoming (where the list opens, soonest first), Awaiting outcome, Past, Cancelled and All. The counts beside Upcoming and Awaiting outcome tell you how much is waiting.
  • Outcome narrows to Happened, No-show or Called off. Type appears when you have more than one private event type.
  • One advocate’s test rides: click the filter icon next to their name.
  • Export CSV downloads whatever the filters are showing, with the times, people, address, details, waiver state and outcome.

Named after your event type

The conversation menu, the form and the confirmations used to say “Event”. They now use your event type’s name: Schedule Test Ride, Edit Test Ride, Cancel Test Ride, “Test Ride scheduled”. A community with several private event types, or none yet, sees Meeting where one name wouldn’t fit, and the list is called Meetings.
