Link directly to your waiver

Feature

Week of August 28, 2026

Until now the only way to see a waiver was to be sent a personal signing link, so there was no way to point someone at the terms ahead of time — the legal language had to be duplicated into the handbook, where it drifted out of date.

  • A public URL for every active waiver — find it under Settings → Waiver Templates, on the waiver’s page, next to its identifier. There’s a View public page button beside Preview.
  • Always the current version — the link never changes, and it always shows the waiver as it reads today. Edit the waiver and the page updates.
  • A blank reference copy, not a signing link — anywhere the waiver would fill in a name or an answer, the page shows a blank line, and it says plainly that the real link arrives when there’s something to sign. Your community’s name is filled in.
  • Shows what will be asked — if your waiver collects extra information, the page lists those questions.

Draft and archived waivers have no public page, and the page is excluded from search engines — it works for anyone with the link.
