Clearer errors when naming a quick reply command

Following the forgiving quick-reply matching update, quick reply commands are lowercase words separated by dashes. The admin form now guides you there instead of quietly mangling your input.

Numbers and underscores are rejected with guidance — typing a command like promo1 or learn_more now shows “must be letters and dashes only” instead of silently dropping characters (which could collide two commands into one).
Blank or unusable commands still get a friendly error — no more confusing failures when a name can’t produce a command.

No admin action required. Existing quick replies are unaffected.
