Reply Speed Report no longer charges verification delays to advocates
FixWeek of June 12, 2026
A prospect’s first message is held until they finish phone verification. The Reply Speed Report used to start the advocate’s reply clock when that message was written, so a prospect who took three hours to verify made a prompt advocate look three hours slow.
- Clock starts at release — an advocate’s first-reply time is now measured from when the message actually reached them
- Numbers only improve — reply times can only shrink from this change; follow-up replies and active-hours handling are unchanged
This pairs with the conversation-thread change from earlier today that shows held messages’ real send times. No admin action required.
