Format waiver agreements with rich text
ImprovementWeek of June 2, 2026
Waiver agreements now use Stoked’s rich-text editor instead of a plain text box.
- Format the agreement — add headings, bold, italics, lists, and links so a long legal agreement is easier to read.
- Merge variables still work — insert variables like the signer’s name exactly as before; they fill in when the prospect signs.
- Prospects see the formatting — the agreement renders with its formatting on the signing page and in the saved record.
- Edit published waivers — you can now correct a published waiver’s wording in place from its page (click Edit) without unpublishing it.
Your existing waiver agreements were converted automatically — no action required. Open any waiver template to fine-tune its formatting.
