Send-message form adapts to your community's contact channels

The two-step send-message form now matches each community’s available contact channels, so prospects aren’t asked to choose between options that don’t apply to them.
- SMS-only communities — prospects go straight to entering a phone number; no channel picker is shown.
- Email-only communities — prospects go straight to entering an email address.
- Both channels enabled — prospects still choose between text message and email, just like before.
- A/B testing underway — the Stoked team is also running a controlled experiment comparing the two-step form against the original single-step form to measure which leads to more completed conversations. Some communities may see either version while the experiment runs.
