Refreshed SMS Opt-in Disclosures

Prospect and advocate SMS opt-in disclosures have been rewritten to meet Twilio’s A2P length and wording requirements:

  • Opt-in text now spells out the kinds of messages people will receive (conversations, replies, community interactions) so consent is specific rather than generic
  • “Reply HELP for help.” is included alongside “Reply STOP to opt out.”
  • Promotional/marketing messaging is explicitly disclaimed

No configuration change is needed — the updated copy is used automatically wherever prospects and advocates opt in.
