Suggested quick replies show up faster and more consistently

Suggested quick replies, the chips above the message box that recommend one of your saved replies, now come from a model designed for picking the best option from a list.

Faster: suggestions usually arrive in under half a second, down from about two seconds.
Consistent: the same conversation gets the same suggestion every time, instead of occasionally changing between checks.
Same controls: each quick reply’s AI instructions still decide when it’s suggested, and you can still turn suggestions off under Settings → AI Assistance.
