Export waiver submissions to CSV, with richer submission details

You can now export and dig into waiver submissions more easily.

CSV export — from a waiver template’s Submissions section (or Settings → Data → Waivers), download every signing as a CSV: name, email, signed-at, IP, browser, full user agent, version, the agreement text, and one column for every custom field — across all versions of the template, so nothing is lost when your questions change.
Readable browser — the submission page now shows the signer’s browser (e.g. “Chrome 120”) with the full user-agent string on hover, instead of a long raw string.
Jump to the conversation — each submission links back to the conversation it was signed in.
Version at a glance — the submission detail and the Submissions table both show which version was signed.

No admin action required.
