Collapse the application panel on an advocate's profile

When you’re editing an advocate’s public profile, the application answers panel can now be collapsed to get it out of the way.

• Hide it when you don’t need it — click the Application answers header to collapse or expand the panel.
• Remembers your choice — the open/closed state is saved in your browser, so it stays the way you left it as you move between advocates.

No admin action required.
