New checkbox field type for custom fields, application questions, and waivers

You can now collect a simple yes/no answer with a checkbox field — useful for consent, opt-ins, and “I agree” style questions.

Everywhere fields live — choose Checkbox as the field type when building an advocate custom field, an application question, or a waiver form field.
Reads cleanly — checked/unchecked values show up as Yes / No on profiles, in the application answers panel, and in CSV exports.
Required when you need it — mark a checkbox required to make a signer or applicant tick it before they can continue (e.g. agreeing to terms).

No admin action required — the new type appears in the field-type dropdown automatically.
