After being approved, advocates see a welcome banner on every page of their dashboard pointing them toward their next steps until they dismiss it.

Stays until dismissed — the banner appears across the advocate dashboard until they close it, then it won’t come back.
Three quick links — complete your profile, read the handbook, and view your public profile (handbook link is shown only when a handbook is available).
Dismissable — closing the banner removes it instantly (no page reload) and remembers the choice, so it won’t reappear on the next visit.
