FAQ previews and page descriptions no longer show raw HTML codes

Rich-text content that included characters like & or non-breaking spaces could show up as literal codes (&, ) wherever we summarized it as plain text. Those summaries are now properly decoded:
- FAQ tables in settings — the answer preview column for both advocate and prospect FAQs
- FAQ search-engine data — the structured data (JSON-LD) we emit for FAQ pages, so search engines see clean answer text
- Handbook page description — the meta description generated from your handbook content
No admin action required.
