Conversation messages now show when they actually sent, not just when they were written

When a prospect writes to an advocate, their message is held until they finish phone verification — sometimes minutes or hours later. Until now, the conversation thread showed the time the message was written, which made a prompt advocate reply look slow (“prospect messaged 3 hours ago, advocate replied 2 minutes ago” — when the message only went out 5 minutes ago).

Sent time reflects actual release — a message held for verification now shows the moment it was released to the advocate as its “Sent” time, in every conversation view (admin portal, advocate site, and community site)
Hover for the full story — hovering the timestamp on a held message shows both times: when it was written and when it was sent
Only meaningful holds are called out — messages that sent within an hour of being written just show their written time, with no extra signaling
History included — past conversations show their real release times too, so older threads read accurately
