Conversation messages now show when they actually sent, not just when they were written
ImprovementWeek of June 12, 2026
When a prospect writes to an advocate, their message is held until they finish phone verification — sometimes minutes or hours later. Until now, the conversation thread showed the time the message was written, which made a prompt advocate reply look slow (“prospect messaged 3 hours ago, advocate replied 2 minutes ago” — when the message only went out 5 minutes ago).
- Sent time reflects actual release — a message held for verification now shows the moment it was released to the advocate as its “Sent” time, in every conversation view (admin portal, advocate site, and community site)
- Hover for the full story — hovering the timestamp on a held message shows both times: when it was written and when it was sent
- Only meaningful holds are called out — messages that sent within an hour of being written just show their written time, with no extra signaling
- History included — past conversations show their real release times too, so older threads read accurately
