Deep-link into your map embed from any page

The map embed now reads a handful of parameters from the URL of the page it’s on, so a single “Find an owner” page can be linked from anywhere with the map already set up:

?stoked_filter[SET_ID]=OPTION_ID — pre-apply a filter, e.g. an “Ask an owner of this model” link on each product page.
?stoked_advocate=steve-in-columbus — open the map centered on one advocate.
?stoked_q=Austin, TX and ?stoked_zoom=city — start on a location and zoom level.

URL parameters override the matching data-* attributes in your embed code, and only stoked_-prefixed parameters are read, so your own query strings and tracking tags are left alone.
